Great tip by David Sparks in this MacWorld article:
Sparks, however, offered up some tips on his approach for keeping contacts organized. Chief among them is to make good use of the Notes field (which you can access in both Cobook and Contacts).
What MacSparky’s author suggest is to use the Notes field in the Contacts application to add details about your acquaintances.
For example, when you add a business contact also add a quick note about the place you’ve met this person, what you talked about and who else was there with you. The next time you meet this person, you’ll immediately have something to talk about.
Do you know how to transfer iPhone contacts to Mac at ease?
I use iCloud for that purpose but you can also use iTunes if you don’t feel comfortable using a cloud solution.
