Provoking article on the New York Times on whether Steve Jobs would have been prosecuted had he been alive:

If Steve Jobs were alive today, should he be in jail?

I am not a lawyer and even less understand the laws regulating the job market in the US, but on a moral basis alone I don’t like reading about these anti-poaching secret agreements between companies.

My view is that in a free market, companies should compete to get the best employees.
