This past week the Commodore 64 turned 30. That was my first computer ever. Just looking at its image brings back pleasant memories such as the first experiments with BASIC:

20 goto 10Who didn’t do that? Maybe I was younger but seeing a computer writing an endless list of Hello on the screen gave me a sense of real childlike wonder.
